What we collect

UltraValue Tools is designed to collect as little data as possible. Most tools (QR generator, invoice generator) run entirely in your browser — no data is sent to our servers.

When you subscribe to updates via our opt-in form, we collect:

• Your email address
• The date and time of submission
• The page you submitted from

How we use your data

Your email is used solely to send you updates about new tools and resources. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymised usage data. We use Cloudflare for hosting and security. No advertising cookies are set.

Data storage

Some tools (e.g. invoice numbering) save data to your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To request deletion of your data, email us at hello@ultravalue.club.

We use the following cookies only after you give consent:

If you decline cookies, none of the above scripts are loaded. All tools remain fully functional without cookies — no data is collected and nothing is stored on our servers.

Your Rights

GDPR (EU/UK users): You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we collect no personal data server-side, there is nothing stored to delete. Contact us at hello@ultravalue.club for any requests.

CCPA (California users): We do not sell your personal information. The tracking tools above may share aggregated data with their respective platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta). You can opt out by declining cookies.
